Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects from end to end, coordinating cross-functional workstreams including Commercial, Regulatory, Production, and other functions.
• Work with internal R&D facilities to conduct discovery activities and proof-of-concept studies, from in vitro to in vivo.
• Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.
• Promote ADM Animal Nutrition through peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
• Support the development of intellectual property.
