Job summary

The Procare Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced RTW Consultant to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You will join our Claims Consulting team to support national clients with return-to-work and injury management, coordinating RTW plans and liaising with health professionals, employers and insurers.

This full-time role offers flexibility with hours and the option to work from home regularly, with onsite client visits as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience working in the NSW workers compensation scheme.
• RTW coordination experience and/or allied health knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a high volume role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality case management within the Australian jurisdictions for Workers Compensation.
• Support people to recover and RTW and pre-injury activities for both work related and non-work related injuries.
• Implement return to work plans in workplaces, supporting workers to recover at work.
• Assist employers to meet their obligations under Workers Compensation legislation.
• Liaise with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

RTW Consultant | 12mth MAT leave contract

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced RTW Consultant to join our Claims Consulting team within a well-established team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. You will be joining a team of knowledgeable and supportive consultants working with a range of National clients to assist with all matters in return to work and injury management.

About You:

• Mandatory: minimum 3 years experience working in the NSW workers compensation scheme
• RTW coordination experience and/or self-insurance knowledge (essential)
• Allied health background (not essential though highly regarded)
• Ability to work independently in a high volume role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail

This is a full-time position based in Sydney. We offer flexibility with hours and working from home, however candidates must be able to work onsite with clients as requested, including attending case conferences and workplace visits.

The Role:

• 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract
