Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, conferencing, events, or food & beverage service.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• RSA certificate is essential.
• Eligibility to work in Australia is required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up conference and event spaces to exact specifications with attention to detail.
• Delivering premium food and beverage service to guests during conferences and events.
• Maintaining tea, coffee and refreshment stations throughout the day.
• Ensuring all event requirements are delivered seamlessly and on schedule.
• Taking ownership of designated event spaces and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Assisting guests with additional requests to create a personalised experience.
• Monitoring event signage to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Handling conference equipment with care and professionalism.
• Communicating with the Conference & Events Operations Manager regarding updates.
• Supporting the wider team to exceed guest expectations.
