Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Market apartments by promoting rentals by phone and in person.
• Demonstrate apartments and community features to prospects.
• Process rental applications and move-in paperwork.
• Lease administration under Property Manager supervision.
• Maintain accurate data input in property management systems.
