Stamford Hotels & Resorts is seeking an energetic General Manager (Roving) to provide strategic, commercial and operational leadership across one or more properties in Australia. The role may require extensive interstate travel and extended periods away from home to ensure performance and guest outcomes remain exceptional.

The successful candidate will lead commercial strategies, drive revenue growth, manage relationships with suppliers and partners, and maintain rigorous operational standards

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years' progressive hotel management experience, including at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Food & Beverage.
• Hands-on leadership with a strong operational presence and willingness to get involved where required.
• Ability to lead organisational change, performance improvement and special projects.

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue, profitability and asset value across assigned hotels, with focus on Rooms, F&B and ancillary revenue.
• Lead overall operational performance and ensure alignment with brand positioning.
• Champion guest-centric culture and service excellence across all departments.
• Oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to maximise occupancy and ROI.
• Provide General Manager coverage during leave or transitions and manage special projects.
