MINERAL RESOURCES LIMITED is seeking an MC Driver to join our Heavy Haulage Team at Onslow, WA, supporting our flagship iron operations. You will enter the MC Driver Training Program, gaining on-the-job training to safely operate state-of-the-art road trains.

The role offers a fixed 2/1 roster with fly-in, fly-out options from Perth, WA, and a clear path to a permanent full-time position with opportunities for career progression and training.

Qualifications

• Australian MC license is required.
• Proven MC driving experience with a solid track record.
• Experience operating triple or double trailer combinations.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality of work.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Unlimited Australian work rights.
• Applicants with side tipping experience will be held in high regard.

Responsibilities

• Operate MC heavy haulage vehicles on designated routes.
• Maintain safety and quality of work while delivering loads.
• Progress through the MC Driver Training Program and upskill to state-of-the-art road trains.
• Adhere to the fixed 2/1 roster with day and night shifts.

The Opportunity

Our Heavy Haulage Team is going from strength to strength and to support our growth we are now seeking the next generation of MC Drivers.

Our MC Driver Training Program will provide supportive on-the-job training at our flagship Onslow Iron Operations, upskilling you to safely operate state-of-the art road trains equipped with the latest technology and specifications.

Join our Heavy Haulage Team and work directly for the owner-operator mining company. This is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent full-time role with MinRes, supporting one of Australia’s most exciting iron ore operations.

The opportunity offers Fly In, Fly Out from Perth, WA on a fixed 2/1 roster with rotating day and night shifts.

About You

• Australian MC License
• Proven experience operating at MC driving level with a solid track record
• Demonstrated experience operating triple or double combinations
• A strong commitment to safety and quality of work
