Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Store Supervisor (3IC) to help launch a brand-new concept store in Rouse Hill, NSW. This part-time role covers approximately four days per week on selected weekdays and weekends, with a focus on driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a small team, and uphold adidas service standards while ensuring stock accuracy and strong visual presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Strong visual merchandising and stock replenishment knowledge.
• Experience handling stock movement and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and 3IC to drive store targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a brand‑new adidas concept store.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve commercial goals and maintain service standards.
• Represent the adidas brand values and products to inspire customers.
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising standards and ensure efficient stock-to-floor replenishment.
• Coach and train team members to improve service skills and product knowledge.
• Coordinate team to ensure smooth inventory processing and stock control.
• Share best practices to drive overall store performance.
