Job summary

Adidas in NSW is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to open a brand-new Concept Store in Rouse Hill. You will lead a team of staff across roughly four days per week, including a weekend day, driving sales, customer experience and brand standards.

Join a global brand and help maintain high store standards, coach staff on product knowledge, and coordinate stock-to-floor flows while supporting visual merchandising and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience leading teams to achieve budgeted sales and KPIs.
• Experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and customer experience.
• Monitor performance data and adjust strategies to drive commercial success.
• Oversee all retail operations in a fashion store environment.
• Lead by example in customer service and meeting/exceeding customer expectations.
• Train team members on brand product knowledge and service standards.
• Coordinate team to maintain Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Ensure efficient inventory processing and stock-to-floor flow.
• Share best practices to improve store performance.
