Job summary

Adidas Blacktown Performance Concept Store in NSW is seeking an Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) on a PART-TIME basis to drive sales on the shop floor. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure a superior customer experience in a dynamic sporting goods environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining merchandising standards, coordinating stock flow, and delivering sales targets while upholding adidas values and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Retail team leadership experience in apparel or footwear.
• Experience with visual merchandising concepts.
• Knowledge of stockroom procedures and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store targets and deliver an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and a selling-driven environment.
• Role model service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience and lead the store team to meet commercial goals.
• Represent the adidas brand values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment.
• Train and coach the team to fine-tune service skills and product knowledge.
• Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and stock-to-floor flow.
• Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
