Job summary

Transgrid’s 2028 Graduate Program invites Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering graduates to start a two-year journey with four 6-month rotations, hands-on projects, and mentorship from industry experts. Starting in February 2028, the program offers flexible and hybrid work options, tailored learning, and a pathway into Australia’s clean energy future.

Qualifications

• Hold or be in final year of Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Be Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold an eligible working visa.
• Have graduated or be graduating by January 2028.
• Be available to attend an in-person Assessment Centre, in May 2027.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, clear communication, problem-solving skills and an interest in sustainability and social responsibility.
