Job summary

The Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists is advertising a Rotating Internship at SASH on the Gold Coast, QLD. This 12-month, full-time program starts in February 2027 and offers hands-on experience across medicine, surgery, neurology, and emergency care.

You will work with specialists, access advanced facilities, and be supported by a skilled nursing team. Applicants should be passionate veterinarians with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified Veterinarian with minimum of 1-year experience preferred, open to new graduates.
• Current registration or ability to register with the Queensland Veterinary Surgeons Board.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Medicine, Surgery, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Emergency and Critical Care.
• Work alongside Anaesthesia and Radiology specialists with the support of nursing staff.
• Engage in a structured learning program with access to varied case load and advanced equipment.
