ARH Canberra invites veterinary graduates to join our rotating intern program. This full-time 12‑month role offers rotations through Emergency, Surgery, Orthopaedic Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a potential extension to 18 months.

You’ll work in a busy referral hospital with mentorship from specialists, access to advanced imaging and lab facilities, and exposure to a diverse caseload. This is a strong foundation for a career in veterinary medicine.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree recognised in Australia and eligible for ACT registration.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Emergency, Surgery, Orthopaedic Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Gain hands-on experience in a busy multidisciplinary hospital.
• Receive ongoing mentorship from specialists and vet directors.
