The role requires adapting to a rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays, with a focus on speed, consistency and calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes consistently according to menu and standard recipes
• Manage your section efficiently during high-pressure, busy services
• Handle prep work, ingredient portioning and stock rotation
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
