Job summary
Warrikal is seeking an experienced Specialist Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead high-precision maintenance across critical rotating equipment. This hands-on leadership role combines deep trade expertise with divisional leadership to drive performance, capability and growth in the mechanical maintenance function.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience managing trades teams in resources/industrial environments.
- Trade qualification in Fitter/Mechanical Trade highly desirable.
- Background in pump, conveyor, gearbox and rotating equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic growth and operational structure of Warrikal's Mechanical Maintenance division, including systems, processes and standards.
- Oversee the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of all mechanical maintenance works, ensuring precision technical outcomes.
- Build, develop and lead a high-performing team of Superintendents, Supervisors and trades personnel, driving capability and succession planning.
- Identify and support new business opportunities, tenders and client relationships to grow the division.
- Manage divisional budgets, forecasts and performance metrics to drive commercial and operational efficiency.
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring HSEQ compliance and effective risk management across all activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and workforce capability to support operational excellence.
