The role leads a rostering function and oversees a team to optimise workforce coverage, ensuring continuity of support for children and young people across the Australian East Coast.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification or equivalent demonstrated skills.
• Experience rostering, workforce planning, and coordinating a team.
• Strong knowledge of rostering principles, industrial instruments, health and safety and rostering systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of rostering professionals.
• Oversee rostering operations to deliver compliant and sustainable rosters within KPIs.
• Provide expert rostering advice to operational leaders; plan workforce needs.
• Monitor and improve rostering systems and processes for efficiency.
• Manage rostering issues and minimise service disruption.
• Promote culturally safe rostering practices and Indigenous engagement.
