Interactive Community Care (ICCare) was established in 2010 as a specialist provider in the Community Services Sector and has proudly supported people across NSW for more than a decade. As a multidisciplinary community care organisation, ICCare delivers out-of-home care, crisis support, and disability services across the Hunter, Central Coast, Sydney, Mid-North Coast, and Western NSW regions. ICCare is committed to meeting the complex care needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
You will manage day-to‑day rostering for NDIS and OOHC programs with our partner organisation, Interactive Community Care, a leading NSW community services provider. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys problem solving, responding to changes as they happen, and keeping things compliant, calm and running smoothly – even when plans change. You will join a small and growing rostering team and work closely with management, staff and stakeholders to ensure shifts are filled, staff are supported and services run safely and efficiently. As the rostering team grows, there will be opportunities to develop your skills and progress your leadership responsibilities over time. This role is based in Office in Seven Hills, Sydney.
