Job summary

Warrikal is seeking an experienced Rope Access Supervisor to lead roped crews on maintenance, shutdown and project work across Western Australia. In this hands-on leadership role you will coordinate teams, ensure work is performed safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards required by clients.

You will mentor team members, communicate with site leadership and clients, manage equipment and risk, and drive on-time delivery of project outcomes in mining environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising rope access crews in mining, shutdowns or project environments.
• Strong safety leadership and risk management focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise rope access personnel across maintenance, shutdown and project work scopes.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently and to schedule.
• Conduct pre-start meetings, risk assessments and job planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company, client and site safety requirements.
• Monitor work quality and productivity, providing guidance and support to crew members.
• Manage rope access systems, equipment inspections and rescue readiness.
• Identify and escalate safety, environmental or operational issues as required.
• Mentor and develop team members, helping to build capability within the workforce.
