Job summary

Rose Coatings is seeking a full-time Rope Access Technician for on-site work in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will perform exterior painting and protective coating applications on mid- and high-rise structures using industrial rope access methods.

You will prepare surfaces, apply coatings, undertake remedial work, assist with basic inspections, and maintain rope access equipment while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Safety procedures and fall protection knowledge are essential.
• Experience with rope access and coatings applications.
• Ability to perform basic surface inspections and report findings.
• Up-to-date rope access training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply specified coating systems on exterior surfaces.
• Carry out remedial and repairs as needed.
• Maintain and inspect rope access equipment.
• Plan work sequences with supervisors to meet schedules.
• Work at height safely and adhere to all safety regulations.
