Job summary

Mini Masterminds Liverpool is seeking a passionate Full-Time Room Leader to join our Liverpool centre. You will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care, mentor educators on the floor, and partner with the Centre Leadership Team to uphold the highest standards of practice.

You will guide programs aligned with EYLF, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families while ensuring compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC current.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications up to date.
• Child Protection training/certificate.
• 5+ years’ experience in early childhood education and care.
• 1-2 years’ leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators within your room through on-the-floor guidance.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through meaningful interactions.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and centre-wide goals.
