Job summary

Mini Masterminds Liverpool is seeking a passionate Full-Time Room Leader to guide a 2-3 room, 79-place centre. You will mentor educators, support children's learning, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to uphold high standards of education and care.

You'll lead curriculum delivery, ensure safety and inclusion, and drive quality improvement while fostering a positive team culture and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Proven leadership/room-leader experience in an ECEC setting.
• WWCC current and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis up to date.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators in your room with on-the-floor guidance.
• Plan and evaluate engaging programs aligned with EYLF.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with NQF/NQS and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and centre-wide goals.
• Promote a collaborative, professional team culture.
