Job summary

ANZUK Education is partnering with a leading Australian childcare centre to recruit an experienced Room Leader. You will be the heart of the Preschool room, delivering a safe, stimulating space where children can thrive and learn through play.

We seek 2+ years in a Room Leader role, a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, and strong EYLF/NQS knowledge. You will mentor educators, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a joyful, high-quality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
• Proven 2+ years experience in a Room Leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
