Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking experienced ECT and Diploma-qualified Room Leaders for a new service in Sydney’s west. You will join a purpose-built centre with above ratio staffing, modern resources, and a warm, collaborative team that supports ongoing professional development.

Role is full-time, 4–5 days per week, with pay up to AUD 50 per hour depending on experience. The centre offers a strong culture of child safety and community engagement, and aligns with EYLF and NQS expectations.

Qualifications

• ECT or Diploma qualification required.
• 2 years experience in each role.
• Australian Full Working Rights (PR or Citizen) + WWCC and First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support ECT and Diploma rooms.
• Engage with families and communities.
• Maintain above ratio and safety standards.

This newly renovated service is looking for one ECT and one Diploma Room leader.

This stunning, purpose-built centre in Sydney's west offers an exceptional early learning environment that is spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely well resourced.
Flooded with natural light and featuring separate outdoor spaces for each age group, the centre consistently operates above ratio to ensure high-quality care and strong educator support.

The Director and wider team foster a warm, collaborative culture and are deeply committed to ongoing professional development for all educators.

The Opportunity

Two permanent positions are now available for experienced ECT and a Diploma-qualified Room Leaders. You’ll join a centre that values teamwork, supports its staff, and maintains well-staffed rooms that operate above ratio at all times

The Ideal Educator

• A diploma or ECT qualified person
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
• 2 years experience in each role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in building relationships with families and the community
• Australian Full Working Rights (PR or Citizen)
• Working With Children Check and current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

Please note:This is afull-time position, requiring availability 4-5 days a week.
