Job summary

RACV Torquay is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure our accommodation and public spaces meet the highest standards, creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming guest environment.

Join a purpose-driven team on Victoria's stunning coast, with a 7-day roster including weekends. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is welcome, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are valued more.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas
• Making beds, changing linen and replenishing amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
• Working closely with colleagues across the resort to deliver exceptional service
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times

About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our accommodation and public areas are presented to the highest standards. You'll help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment that enhances every guest's experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas

Making beds, changing linen and replenishing amenities

Vacuuming, dusting and maintaining cleanliness standards

Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner

Reporting maintenance issues and lost property

Working closely with colleagues across the resort to deliver exceptional service

Following health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times

This role operates across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays. To be considered for this role, you must be available to work across Friday - Monday.
