Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Room Attendant at Grand Mercure Basildene Manor in Margaret River, WA.

You will maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, delivering outstanding service to guests while supporting a friendly, efficient housekeeping team. The role requires a flexible, rotating roster including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for professional development and discounted hotel stays across Australia, Fiji and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Able to work within a flexible, rotating roster that includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• High cleaning standards and a good eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation.
• Carry out key daily housekeeping tasks and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
