Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. Sydney team is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest accommodation, ensuring every room feels welcoming and pristine.

You will work a flexible, rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, demonstrate a strong eye for detail and hospitality, and contribute to memorable guest experiences across Australia, Fiji and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, you will be able to work within a flexible, rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Be motivated, have a good eye for detail and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation.
• Carry out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and deliver a high level of customer service.

How You’ll Shine

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation. You will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service.
