Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Room Attendant for Grand Mercure Basildene Manor in Australia. You will maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest rooms, delivering attentive service and a welcoming guest experience.

You'll work within a flexible, rotating roster which may include weekends, evenings and public holidays, and you should bring a keen eye for detail and pride in your work. Prior housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and Public Holidays.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and attention to detail.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation. You will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service.
