Job summary

Elements Of Byron is seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeping team member for our beachfront resort. You will clean guest villas and public areas to high standards, working in pairs to ensure rooms are spotless and beautifully presented for guests.

We offer a casual, weekend-friendly role with 30–38 hours per week, a positive team environment, and staff discounts across dining, accommodation and spa. A current driver’s licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous room cleaning or hospitality experience in a resort/hotel environment.
• The availability to work 8:30am – 4:30pm and to stay back if/when required.
• Cleaning to be completed within expected time frames.
• A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to exceed guests' expectations.
• Passionate about attention to detail.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned to required standards and in line with policies and procedures.
• High standard of grooming and presentation.
• Enjoy working in a team environment of 40+ staff.
• Must have current and valid drivers licence and be a confident driver.
• Previous experience driving a resort buggy would be highly regarded.

Job Description

The role: Ideally you will have housekeeping experience working in a hotel or resort environment. You will need a strong eye for detail, the ability to work to high standards, and confidence working within set timeframes. Working in pairs, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our guest villas and public areas, ensuring everything is spotless and beautifully presented to meet our guests' expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work, likes being outdoors, and is available to work weekends and public holidays. This is a casual position with approximately 30–38 hours per week available.

Typical hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm, with occasional requests to stay back when needed.
