Crystalbrook Vincent in Howard Smith Wharves is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender and mixologist for the iconic rooftop bar, Fiume. If you have a passion for cocktails, champagne and wine service, you will be part of a vibrant team delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment.
• A current QLD RSA Certificate.
• Availability across a 7 day roster - PM shifts.
• A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality.
• An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences.
