Job summary

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer to design advanced MAPF algorithms and enable seamless communication across a robotic fleet. You will build low-latency Robot-to-Cloud and Robot-to-Robot data exchange and develop cloud dashboards for fleet monitoring and teleoperation handoffs.

The role emphasizes distributed systems, IoT protocols (MQTT, WebRTC, DDS), and operations research to optimize warehouse fleets and autonomous workflows from the Coffs Harbour, NSW area.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent pathfinding (MAPF) algorithms.
• Experience with fleet management or warehouse automation software.
• Strong background in graph algorithms and operations research.

Responsibilities
