Hyphen Connect is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer in New South Wales, Australia, to design advanced MAPF solutions for coordinated robotic fleets. You will implement low-latency Robot-to-Cloud and Robot-to-Robot communications and contribute to cloud dashboards for fleet monitoring and teleoperation handoffs.

The role requires a strong foundation in distributed systems, IoT protocols (MQTT, WebRTC, DDS), and experience with fleet management software and graph algorithms.

Competenze

• Experience with multi-agent pathfinding (MAPF) algorithms.
• Experience with fleets of robots or warehouse automation systems.
• Strong background in graph algorithms and operations research techniques.
