Job summary

Andromeda is inviting engineering students to join our Melbourne team for a paid 3-month Summer Intern Program. You'll be embedded in core engineering teams, assembling, testing, and deploying real-world hardware, firmware, and autonomous systems.

We offer opportunities across Hardware and Software streams, with 5-day onsite work at our Southbank Office. Applicants should be penultimate or final year students, with hands-on workshop experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally penultimate or final year engineering students.
• Portfolio or work sample required with application.
• Academic transcript requested during the process.

Responsibilities

• Rapid prototyping and hardware assembly of prototype hardware.
• Rigorous verification and testing across hardware, firmware, and autonomous software modules.
• Workshop and field operations with senior engineers on mobility rigs and field tests.
• Ownership of discrete engineering projects to accelerate the robotics roadmap.
