LSKD is seeking a Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) for Robina on the Gold Coast. You will partner with the Head Coach to drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and foster a community-centric store culture.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the mission with Head Coach to hit store growth goals.
• Roll out quarterly in-store events and activations to turn customers into brand advocates.
• Build and develop a world-class Educator team and an inclusive store culture.
• Coach the team daily with actionable feedback to improve performance by 1%.
• Master product knowledge across fabrics, fits and styles.
• Own store standards including premium merchandising and back-of-house organization.
• Analyze daily/weekly KPIs and deliver clear action plans.

Job Description

How you'll make moves

• Support & Drive the Mission: Work side-by-side with the Head Coach to manage the business, execute retail strategy, and hit your store's growth goals.
• Create A Community: Help roll out and galvanise your team around a strategic, fun quarterly plan of in-store events and local studio activations that turn customers into brand advocates.
• Build & Develop Your Team: Hand-pick, onboard, and develop a world-class team of Educators, creating an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated.
• Coach Your Team Daily: Run daily game plans and give real-time, constructive feedback that inspires the team to get 1% better every day.
• Be the Product Expert: Master our entire range of fabrics, fits, and styles, and ensure your team has the deep knowledge to educate our community authentically.
• Set the Standard : Own the standard of the store - from premium visual merchandising and flawless open/close routines to keeping the back-of-house organised and accountable.
• Know Your Numbers: Read your daily and weekly KPIs, track metrics like AOV, UPT, and conversion, and deliver sharp reflections with clear actions for improvement.
