Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Works Supervisor for the Southern Roads Upgrade in Victoria. Based in Maryborough, you will lead our delivery teams and subcontractors to deliver network maintenance and incident response services safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.

You will drive a proactive safety culture, manage day-to-day operations, and partner with stakeholders to ensure projects meet timelines and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in road maintenance and network management, with team leadership.
• Mandatory White Card and valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of road maintenance, pavement, surfacing and asphalt practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational teams to deliver maintenance programs safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, resources and subcontractors.
• Monitor asset performance and costs; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental and contractual compliance.
• Plan and schedule activities to meet timelines and outputs.
