Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent; TAFE/industry training or demonstrated municipal roadside maintenance experience.
• Current Victorian driver licence with heavy rigid endorsement.
• Experience operating plant and equipment (Backhoe, Bobcat, Excavator) and traffic management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and concerns promptly.
• Work with the Unsealed Road and Drain Maintenance Team to plan and coordinate works.
• Operate plant and equipment to maintain roads and drainage safely.
• Drive trucks, assist machinery, and set up traffic management as required.
• Carry out tasks in all weather conditions.
• Use electronic devices as required.
