Job summary

Lismore City Council is seeking a Construction Worker to join its Roads team. You will assist in road construction and maintenance, performing concreting, operating small plant and rollers, and managing traffic control to ensure safety and efficiency at worksites.

Qualifications

• Must have General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Current Class C Driver’s Licence required.
• Traffic Controller Ticket (TCR) and/or LR Licence required.
• Must be flexible and able to work in a team and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled manual tasks including concrete work and road maintenance.
• Safely operate small plant, rollers and medium rigid vehicles.
• Set up and manage traffic control around worksites to ensure safety.
