Job summary

Austcorp Executive is seeking experienced civil labourers and road workers for an immediate start based in Rutherford. Ideally, candidates will have civil/road labouring experience; asphalt and spray seal experience is a plus but not essential.

Requirements include a current HR Truck Licence, White Card, and willingness to learn. Open to 8–12 hour shifts with day/night variation and away-work. Pre-employment drug test is required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid HR Truck Licence is required.
• White Card is essential.
• Roller RII and Skid Steer RII experience desirable.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work hard.
• Flexible for 8–12 hour shifts, including day and infrequent nights.
• Able to do away work and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil labouring and road works on site as directed.
• Assist crew with routine tasks and operate basic equipment as trained.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness and compliance with instructions.
