Job summary

AUSTCORP is seeking experienced Road Crew Operators & Labourers for ongoing work across South East Queensland. We offer competitive pay, overtime, and long-term opportunities with a reputable employer.

You will join a skilled crew responsible for reseal, road construction, and resurfacing works. Ideal candidates will hold a valid driver licence (HR/HC advantageous), White/Blue Construction Induction Card, relevant RII tickets, and prior asphalt/spray seal experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Driver Licence – HR/HC an advantage.
• Construction Induction Card - White/Blue Card.
• Relevant RII Tickets.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
• Previous Asphalt / Spray Seal experience.
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Reseal, road construction and resurfacing works.
• Join a skilled crew responsible for ongoing projects across South East QLD.
• Carry out tasks safely and efficiently to meet project timelines.

We have multiple positions available for immediate start with a reputable company offering excellent pay, overtime, and long-term opportunities! You will be joining a skilled crew responsible for reseal, road construction, and resurfacing works.

What we are searching for:

• Current and Valid Driver Licence – HR/HC an advantage
• Construction Induction Card - White/Blue Card
• Relevant RII Tickets
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Previous Asphalt / Spray Seal experience
• Able to work both day shift & night shift, as project requires
• Great Attitude and Willingness to Work Hard
• Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test
