Job summary

Austcorp Executive is seeking experienced asphalt crew members for multiple immediate-start positions. The role covers on-site paving, rolling, and leveling with a reputable team, offering reliable hours and strong overtime prospects.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of asphalt experience, a White Card, and an HR preferred licence. A positive attitude and punctuality are essential for long-term employment potential.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence; HR preferred.
• White Card (Construction Induction) is required.
• Relevant RII tickets for asphalt works.
• Minimum 12 months' proven asphalt experience.
• Willing to work day and night shifts.
• Positive attitude and commitment to ongoing, consistent work.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Roll, shovel, pave, or grade surfaces as part of the crew.
• Operate equipment and support the paving process.
• Maintain safety and quality on-site.
