Job summary

United Forklift and Access Solutions in Richlands QLD is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair a range of Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) and access equipment. You will travel to customer sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas, performing diagnostics, scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The role requires a trade qualification in Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant or Automotive Mechanics, plus experience with EWPs.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant or Automotive Mechanics.
• Experience servicing Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) or access equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintain our fleet of EWP and access equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Attend customer sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
• Complete service reports and maintain high safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service every visit.

As our access fleet continues to grow, we're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Richlands branch and become part of a team that keeps Australia's EWP fleet operating safely and reliably.

What you'll be working on

Forget spending every day in a workshop. You'll be out in the field servicing and repairing a wide range of Elevated Work Platforms, including:

• Scissor Lifts
• Boom Lifts
• Knuckle Booms
• Vertical Lifts
• Other specialised access equipment

From scheduled servicing to breakdowns and diagnostics, no two days are the same.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Ideally, you'll have:
