Job summary

APG Workforce is seeking a reliable Labourer – Linemarking for the South Grafton depot. You will perform general labouring and operational support to linemarking crews, with travel to job sites and occasional night/weekend shifts.

The role requires local residence in Grafton or surrounding area, a Traffic Control Ticket and a valid Car Driver Licence, with a 9-day fortnight, overtime opportunities, and a contract through to 29 November 2026, with potential for extension or full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Current Traffic Control Ticket.
• Current Car Driver Licence.
• Workers on Foot qualification.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home for up to 7–10 days at a time.
• Availability for night, weekend and overtime work.
• Must live in Grafton or the surrounding area.
• Reliable, safety-focused and capable of physical labour.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labouring duties in support of linemarking operations.
• Clean and maintain vehicles.
• Drive vans and assist with escorting duties.
• Assist with loading trucks where appropriately licensed.
• Transport vehicles to job sites where appropriately licensed.
• Assist crews with day-to-day operational requirements.
• Work safely around traffic and active road environments.
• Travel and work away from home as required.
