Job summary

Downer Group is seeking an Integrated Services Officer to join our Footscray-based team in Melbourne. The role supports day-to-day operation of the road network through incident response and urgent maintenance activities, with a shift-based, rotating roster across day, night, and weekend shifts.

You will respond to incidents, minimise disruptions, and assist with pothole repairs, urgent tree works and other critical tasks. A hands-on approach, teamwork, and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• MR Licence required.
• Traffic Control ticket and Construction White Card, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in incident response or road maintenance is valued.
• Tolerance for shift work including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and disruptions across the network to minimise motorist impact.
• Support urgent civil and maintenance works such as pothole repairs and tree works.
• Work across a rotating roster including day, night and weekend shifts.
