Job summary

Stabilised Pavements of Australia – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking experienced operators to support civil road construction across NSW. The role involves travel and working away on remote projects, operating HR trucks and other machinery while maintaining safety standards and client service.

Training opportunities and career progression are available within the company. Ideal candidates will have HR/HC licensing where possible, a focus on reliability, and willingness to be deployed on diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil plant and willingness to be trained to operate stabilisation equipment.
• Focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Willing to travel throughout NSW (and possible interstate).
• HR or HC Licence is desirable.
• Mixer and/or Spreader/Stabiliser operation experience preferred.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Have impeccable customer service skills.
• Ability to undertake pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
• PPE, uniforms, and equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Operating HR trucks and/or other road construction machinery
• Manual handling duties where required
• Undertaking basic truck and/or machinery inspections and maintenance
• Maintain records (such as logbooks)
• Demonstrate and implement safe work practices
