Job summary

South Burnett Regional Council is seeking a hardworking Labourer based in Kingaroy to join our road construction and maintenance team. The role covers concreting, drainage works, and maintenance across sealed and unsealed roads, contributing to infrastructure projects.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a $63K-$66K salary plus allowances and super. Applicants must hold a current C Class driver’s licence and a White Card, with additional licences and first aid being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current C Class driver’s licence is required.
• White Card - General Safety Induction for Construction Worker.
• Desirable: MR/HR/HC licences or other relevant tickets.
• Desirable: Traffic Control Ticket (Level 1).
• Desirable: First Aid Certificate.

• Perform general labouring duties across road construction and maintenance operations.
