Job summary

The NSW Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN2-8) to join the Primary Care team at Mary Wade Correctional Centre in Lidcombe.

Qualifications

• Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• At least one full year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse performs reception screening and comprehensive health assessments on persons received into custody whilst assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing management.
