Job summary

Palm Healthcare Company is recruiting Enrolled/Registered Nurses to join our community-focused general practices across Holt, Woden, Greenway and Coombs. We welcome compassionate EN/RN professionals to deliver high-quality care alongside experienced GPs and a supportive team.

Roles offer part-time, casual or full-time hours with a focus on wound care, immunisations and chronic disease management. CPR and immunisation training are encouraged; Australian work rights and basic checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or EN.
• 1-2 years nursing experience; general practice preferred but not essential.
• Experience in general practice preferred but not essential.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centred approach.
• Competency in wound care, immunisation and chronic disease management.
• Proactive attitude; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification and immunisation training.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
• Willingness to undergo National Police Check and WWVP check.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care including wound care, immunisations, and chronic disease management.
• Assist with health assessments, care plans, and patient education.
• Conduct ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines safely and efficiently.

Your Role:

As our EN/ RN Nurse, you'll play a key role in providing high-quality clinical care and supporting the day-to-day running of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding infection control protocols.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone who brings both compassion and capability. You'll need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or EN
• Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience (general practice preferred but not essential).
• Experience in general practice (preferred but not essential).
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centred approach.
• Competency in wound care, immunisation administration, and chronic disease management.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
• Current CPR certification and immunisation training (or willingness to obtain).
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
