Job summary

Troocoo Healthcare in Rockhampton is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for a contract role. You'll join a busy ED to deliver high‑quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers 76 hours per fortnight, day/night/weekend shifts, shared accommodation, and travel assistance. Start ASAP with a contract through 27 September 2026 and dedicated support from Troocoo throughout the placement.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent Emergency Department experience.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Paediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Triage competency and resuscitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a busy Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver patient care.
• Ensure documentation and patient safety standards are met.
