Job summary
Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Rural & Remote contract in Central West Queensland. This role focuses on Emergency, Acute, and Aged Care with potential extension.
The contract runs from 28 September 2026 to 8 November 2026, offering a base rate of $78.82-$86.98/hour in Rural & Remote Queensland (MM7). Candidates should have strong Emergency Department experience and current AHPRA registration.
Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with Queensland Health.
- Rural & Remote nursing experience.
- Extensive Acute Care experience.
- Emergency Department experience.
- Aged Care experience.
- Valid Manual Driver's Licence.
- Triage competency.
- Cannulation / IVC competency.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS).
- Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Senior RN experience equivalent to NG5 pay point 5, 6 or 7.

To be considered you must have:
