Job summary

Eldercare is seeking a Registered (Clinical Support) Nurse to deliver high-quality, individualised care to residents in Mt Barker. You will supervise care staff on the floor, ensure clinical excellence, and contribute to an exceptional resident experience.

The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing with at least 6 months post-graduate experience and current AHPRA registration. You will work in a supportive team with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent with at least 6 months post-graduate experience.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and skills are essential.
• Commitment to compassionate care and clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Leaders with duties and document nursing activities.
• Monitor residents for AN-ACC changes and flag to CCM.
• Attend wound care and other RN duties, including break coverage.
• Assist with medication administration and direct resident care.
• Attend Multi-Disciplinary team meetings and audits.
• Provide shift coverage for vacant Clinical Leader and nursing roles.
