Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Educator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support new dialysis technology implementations across Australia. You will deliver hands-on clinical education, train nurses and healthcare professionals, and help customers transition to new equipment and workflows.

You will work closely with Clinical Sales Specialists, Sales Managers, and customer sites, travelling regularly across Australia to support go-live activities, installations, and adoption of

Qualifications

• Current RN (AHPRA) with dialysis experience.
• Experience delivering education or training to healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across Australia for site support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education and product training to nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate user familiarisation and competency development during installation and go-live periods.
• Support adoption of best-practice dialysis workflows and treatment processes.
• Develop relationships with clinical stakeholders and customers.
• Provide onsite clinical support during commissioning and go-live activities.
