Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Brisbane seeks a dynamic RN with renal and ICU experience to promote Fresenius Therapies, deliver training, and manage customer accounts across Queensland. You will build relationships with clinicians and decision-makers while delivering clinical support and education.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth, maintaining high professional standards and continuous learning in renal care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with renal (HD) or ICU skills a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement a sales and clinical training strategy per account.
• Increase customer base by engaging key opinion leaders and decision makers.
• Provide clinical support such as in-servicing, installations and training.
• Utilise CRM to track customer information and forecast requirements.
• Manage post-purchase activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver presentations to doctors, nurses and key opinion leaders.
